I had issues when my due date was moved to the 5th instead of 13th. Had been paying late. Contacted sprint may 2020 to see what I could do. May bill was paid. Cycle change and now sprint is billing me again for May and June making my bill $324.24. This changed how my bill looks since they change my cycle. Sarah V. Executive Services Analyst Had refused to go back and look at conversations I've had prior to making changes. All she cares about is making me pay for my May bill. I even provided screen shot were customer service from sprint said I paid 5/11 yet they refuse to fix charges. Instead she mails me bill which I didn't ask for that. I said provide charges and payments as I know I didn't have past due in May. They refuse to go back to conversations I had. All they keep saying is I changed my cycle. If I would have bee. Told changing your cycle we are charging you double I would have never done it.
When i returned from my service as a united states Marine in 2010. I was looking for a wireless service provider to connect me to my family and friends in my community. After much thought and persuasion from others to actually get a cellular device. So in 2012 I decided to go with Sprint due to their cheep plans and flexible payment options for devices. I have had nothing but issues with this "service" over these past 8 years. Trying to be a loyal customer with hopes that the promises of better coverage would materialize has brought nothing but grief, frustration and overall disappointment. Besides all of this, My service was disconnected due to non payment after a month on 5/03/2020. 1 month prior i had received an email which stated a guarantee that no ones service would be interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was not the case so in order to reconnect with friends and family during this difficult time i was forced to pay a past due amount of $98 to get my service reactivated. This is absolutely unacceptable on a big companies part to pray on people for their financial instability during these trying times. I am preparing a petition to boycott sprint as well as putting this same review on ALL social media sites to get the message out. Crooks!

Purchased sprint phone service 2 months ago have been lied to and mislead my rate is not what I was quoted at purchased the quality of calls is unacceptable told it would be better now with t mobile untrue customer service needs to be contacted several times due to poor customer service people made several calls been on phone many hours no farther ahead with my problems it as if they do not care looking to go back to at&t

I've been a loyal Sprint customer since 2008 as I'm always told when contacting Sprint. As of January 2021 I went into a Sprint store because they were offering buy 1 get 1free on the Samsung Active 2 smartwatch, I went over the plan and contract with sale rep and the only thing that wasn't offered is insurance so I added $15 per watch completed the transaction and left. When February 2021 bill print I found that I was not getting what was advertised in January so I reached out Sprint the customer service rep couldn't find the promo that was being offer in Jan gave a credit and assured me that Sprint will work on this issue, well when March bill printed I was being charged doubled now because of the credit given in February for both smartwatches and I reached back out to Sprint to complain and the customer service rep was apologetic but that's what they suppose to do to keep customer, but I wanted to speak with someone higher in the department so I didn't have to keep reaching out to Sprint. So I was placed in what they call the Back Office and my contact person there was Sammie no last name and he generated a reference number (I*******622) to use if I had to call again but he assured me that this would be last time. So I gave him all the details from my receipt from Jan 2021 and customer care rep, he placed me on hold and reached out to the store had his discussion with Brandon H., he came back on line with me to confirm that yes the promo had been on going since December 2020 and yes that is what I purchased and he would rectify this entire mess and going forward I would see on my bill a credit for one of the smartwatches $15.84 and the other I would pay $15.84 plus $15.00 per watch insurance coverage. And because the bill had already printed I was still obligated to pay $179.48 and that's for a galaxy 9, tablet, 2 smartwatches which put me overbudget for the month yet Sammie assured me that he would waived the late fee since it would be impossible to pay my rental obligations and other bills plus this Sprint bill. Well everything that glitter and gold because I continued to make calls for incorrect billing for April, May and keep in mind everything I was given a credit toward not being charged properly on the smartwatches the next bill cycle I would see a double charged Sprint is very very dishonest and Indian givers as I would say, let me explain now it's time for the June 4th bill still not bill properly on the smartwatches make the call to Sprint give all info needed and immediately ask to speak with a supervisor now I'm speaking with Ann on 05/23/21 and I inform her that I'm not going to go through explaining this situation and could she use the reference number I was given in March and that will explain everything. She does and tells me that the plan I had Unlimited Freedom plan is no longer available and in order to get my Samsung Active 2 smartwatches on the buy one get one free promo that was advertised in January 2021 I would have to switch plans to Sprint Unlimited Basic or I would have to loose the buy one get one free and pay for both now what kind of FOOLERY is Sprint pulling on loyal 2008 customers it's not my fault it's up to Sprint to grandfather all plans prior to this new plan upgrade in. Get this messy boots from Ann like I fell off a turnip truck an bump my head about 3 years ago I paid off my Samsung Galaxy 6 and with that I received Hulu basic plan as a thank you from Sprint, and now I'm being told by Ann that the promo was offer under the Unlimited Freedom plan they no longer have and I would now have to $11.99 monthly if I want to continue using Hulu now ABSOLUTELY NOT and that's why I said Indian givers and Ann goes on to inform me on 06/04/21 that Sprint can only offer me the promo on the smartwatches buy one get one free for the next 2 months and after which I would have to pay for both. So I've reached out to file complaints with FCC, FTC and now BBB to expose Sprint for there scams there pulling on customers.
I have dealt with trash companies but this one, by far, is one the worse. Cell phone reception and internet is as bad as can be. Pricing is therefore too high for the quality of what the sell. Do not recommend at all. Never doing business with this company again
What a scam. I have been with sprint 35 months and this was my first ever contract. I never realized just how much they were scamming me until now. The flex lease is 18 months. Normally in a lease your monthly payments are going toward the pay off of your purchase. Yeah not with sprint. 35 months I’ve been with them paying 42.75. After the 18 months they were so hard to get ahold of. I spent 30minutes on hold, asked to be called back over and over never got a call back. Customer service is just extremely under quality. I paid $726 AFTER my 18 month lease where they told me it’s only be $225 to pay it off and own it. None of my 17 payments AFTER that lease went toward the owning of my phone. And they want to ADD on an extra 42.75 for 9 months to pay off my phone. I cannot believe what a scam this is. If your buying from here don’t do the flex lease. Buy it outright. Cause then they rip an arm and a leg to get you out and cancel this company is ridiculous and severely grotesque
VERY POOR SERVICE since they merged with Tmobile. My network keeps resetting every 2-3 minutes, nobody can hear me talking during phone calls, when they can hear me it's breaking up, phone calls dropping constantly. Everytime I call in they try to convince me to stay. They told me I just need a new Sim card, and now I just need a new phone. They haven't even tried to see what's wrong with the phone itself. Network problem means I need a new phone? Yeah, ain't happening. I work from this phone. I'm going to pay off the cost of this phone and move to AT&T or Verizon. They can't be worse than this right?

LIARS!!! 16 years with sprint and only getting worse. If ever talking with customer service , have another device to record them, because in the future you will need it, you can use it very easily to take them to court and trust me you will win because they always lie. They use a form of entrapment which is illegal and then deny it. Not forgetting very poor service coverage!!!
Offered me two promotions last year and have not honored either of them. Bill has been wrong every month and today they said you were never eligible for a promotion and theres nothing we can do. I joined a contract with them under false pretenses and they have treated me as if I were a liar or stupid ever since. Awful company, will get out as soon as I can.
After more than 20 years with T-Mobile (since it was Suncom), around 2 years ago I switched from T-Mobile to Sprint - BIG MISTAKE! They were offering a free XR with the purchase of an 11 Max and a $50/mth cell rate for the 2 lines, which T-Mobile was not willing to offer to existing customers. The bill was supposed to be $80/mth ($50 for the lines and $30 for the 11 Max), which ended up being a scam, my monthly bill was $180/mth ($100 more than what they told me). I called Customer Service several times and they never fixed it, so as soon as the contract was up I switched to Mint, as I could not go back to T-Mobile anymore because they merged with Sprint (which I think is the worst mistake T-Mobile could have ever done). I'm now happy with Mint and am never going back to Sprint (Yes, I know it is now T-Mobile).
Would never believe that given price for plan would disappear in one month . Bad unprofessional lying customer service. Wasted a lot of my time.
Sprint is the WORST!!!!! They offer promotions and then don't honor them. Then promise if you make all these changes they will honor them. They still LIE! Worst service I've ever experienced.
Apparently it’s easier to just cancel your plan with sprint than to port your numbers back over on hold with sprint for 5 hours and all my wife and I got was t mobile SIM cards and a penalty fee for cancellation best grand we ever spentt! If your thinking of going with sprint don’t stay far away unless you like being on hold all day with no results even when they say it’s been fixed, worst customer support I have ever had!
